The Eero router also wiped out a old Epson 9600pro plotter which now has to be used as a shared printer. I tried the pin hole reset at work connected to the Eero router for a good 2-3 hours and gave up. We replaced the office Drobo with a 5N2 and migrated the drives. I suspect the Eero Router is not compatible with devices that ping the net to automatically be discovered. After 20 or so resets I have the 5N connected to a Netgear Orbie (mesh) router at home after doing the pin hole reset and connecting directly to a mac via ethernet port. The installer said it was old tech vs new tech. The Drobo 5N stopped showing up in Dashboard and would only connect if you used finder to connect to server manually. We had the same thing happen to our office DROBO 5N except that management replaced an old apple router with a new Eero router.
